Please note that we do not offer free returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes. You may return your order within 30 days of receiving the item if you are not satisfied.

Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be returned with all original parts, components, and packaging, in the same condition as received.

2. The product must show only normal handling, with no signs of misuse, careless handling, or damage.

3. Items subject to hygiene considerations must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.

4. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

5. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

6. Returns are reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, the return will be officially accepted within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.

How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to atelieranimalia@gmail.com

2. Include the following information:

   • Order number

   • Reason for the return

   • Photo of the item (required if damaged)

   • Full name

   • Shipping address

Once reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send returns to the original sender, as this may delay or invalidate your return.

All return shipments are sent at the customer’s expense.

Right of Withdrawal (UK & EU Customers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the day they, or a third party designated by them, receive the goods.

Due to our automated order processing system, orders begin processing immediately after being placed. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation is no longer possible until the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Atelier Animalia by email with a clear statement of your decision. The withdrawal is completed once the goods are received by us.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Shipments in Transit

As our items are shipped from Asia, delivery times may vary and are beyond our direct control.

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the item and then initiate a return if needed. You may notify us of your intention to withdraw in advance.

For faster processing, we kindly ask you to provide a shipping confirmation once the return has been sent.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will refund all payments received for the product excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

Return Address

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
